"A remarkable person."

Someone recently described Ted Kerr as "a remarkable person." Indeed, he has had an extraordinary variety of life experiences. These experiences have formed a treasure chest of real life characters, diverse settings, and raw emotions from which to draw when writing. These resources, combined with a creative use of allegory, led to his first work as an author, Killing Time.

Ted has spent seventeen years as the founder and president/CEO of an award-winning wealth management firm. He was ordained as an independent catholic priest and has served in a variety of ministry roles, including as executive director of a nationally-recognized non-profit and as the pastor to one of the oldest Christian churches in western Pennsylvania. He is an accomplished speaker, serving as a conference facilitator and trainer, as well as an itinerant preacher. In addition, he has passionately supported a number of international ministries, most especially in Latin America.

Notwithstanding this long list of life experiences, Ted is a dedicated family man, cherishing his wife of 22 years and his two children, ages 10 and 8.
